varela productions was created in 2005 by César Varela, its main purpose is to produce films that capture the raw essence of its subjects. César Varela was born in Lima - Perú and currently resides in Southern California. He has attended various film related courses at Saddleback College, as well as UCLA Film School in  Los Angeles, California.        He is currently working on promoting VP's first release, titled "WINTER IN PERU -A visual ode to  the waves of Perú" which he produced entirely after filming on location during the winter months of 2006.
